First American Scientific Corp  (FASC – OTCBB)  sells first KDS System to JNK Heaters in South Korea

Vancouver, BC: First American Scientific Corp. (FASC) is pleased to announce that our exclusive Korean licensee, JNK Heaters Co., Ltd. of Seoul, Korea has purchased its first KDS System to be set up to demonstrate the systems capabilities to Korean customers.

According to Brian Nichols, President of FASC,  this installation meets the second requirement for JNK in their license agreement to introduce the KDS technology to Korea. The equipment will be installed at a location near Seoul where work will begin to configure and adapt it to local conditions.  We look forward to the completion of this  facility and the credibility it will bring to both JNK and FASC.  FASC believes a key component for success when entering a new region is to have solid local representation, state of the art equipment on-site ready for customers’ evaluation, and a supply of local raw material which can be processed under local conditions. JNK Heaters Co. Ltd. has  the experience and financial backing needed to achieve this in Korea.”

This another first for FASC as it focuses on entry into the Asian market, and will add to our strength and credibility in a region where the disposal of waste has become an urgent problem as dense populations are crowded into relatively small land areas. The KDS System can solve waste management problems by converting problematic waste materials such as wood waste, biomass, agricultural waste, pulp sludge, and municipal waste into valuable resources; lowering disposal costs and creating green energy.”

First American Scientific Corp. develops, manufacturers and sells the KDS Micronex system, a patented and US EPA rated disintegration system is capable of eliminating
99 % of pathogens while reducing waste materials to a fine dry powders suitable for combustion or to be used as a nutrient-rich, pathogen-free fertilizers.

FASC now has licensees in Malaysia, Japan, and Korea and expects to see more  installations in Asia in the coming months.
