FASC Demonstration Plant

FASC’s demonstration plant near Vancouver, Canada allows you to see with your own eyes the KDS Micronex™ processor in operation. Our technical and marketing teams can arrange a test run of your material(s) to ensure the final results will meet your specifications. Our test facility is located just minutes from Vancouver International Airport.

Our testing facility has a full-scale machine which will demonstrate the capabilities of the KDS Micronex™ to produce your desired particle size and moisture content in the end product. You can either provide us with materials or FASC can arrange for similar feedstock to be processed.

At the conclusion of the test, we will provide you with a written technical report on the conclusion of the test which will include:

• Moisture content of input and feedstock and output
• Particle size of output
• Production rates
• Power consumption
• Estimated operating costs
